Lodging
- To receive special 2027 CheeseCon rates, you must book through the CheeseCon online lodging system. Reservations for the block will not be accepted directly through the hotels.
- If you have any questions regarding the official hotel block, please e-mail your questions to services@destinationmadison.com.
- To modify or cancel an existing reservation, please refer to the “Request for Change” link provided at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail. If you need your confirmation resent, contact the Destination Madison Housing Department at services@destinationmadison.com.
- Please do not contact the hotel directly until April 14, 2027. On and after that date, please contact the hotel directly with all questions, changes, and cancellations.

Please be aware of the following:
- CheeseCon has not endorsed anyone to contact you directly to book your hotel room or offer you a special discounted conference rate. If you receive one of these calls or emails, it is fraud.
- CheeseCon does not sell attendee lists. If you receive an offer to purchase our attendee lists, it is fraudulent.
