Cheese producers have historically had to choose between achieving butyric flavor and the flexibility of using a microbial lipase, but not anymore. SpiceIT® M100 allows producers to have the kosher/halal and vegetarian certification they need without having to sacrifice flavor. Listen as we share how we navigated these challenges, and learn what SpiceIT® M100 has to offer.
