Who can attend?
- CheeseCon welcomes cheese, butter and whey industry professionals from across the globe.
- Attendees include: cheese makers (including artisan cheese makers); dairy product manufacturers; maintenance and sanitation workers; plant managers and supervisors; food safety and quality assurance staff; human resources personnel; marketing staff and product distributors; research and development scientists; CEOs and owners; sales people; young professionals; and more!
Do I need to be a member of Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association?
- Dairy Manufacturers and Dairy Processor/Marketers are welcome to attend, regardless of membership.
- Suppliers DO need to be members of Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association to attend.

Dairy Manufacturers and Dairy Processor/Marketers
- A Dairy Manufacturer is a business engaged in converting milk and milk components into natural dairy products.
- A Dairy Processor/Marketer is a business engaged in producing processed cheese types or converting natural cheese into spreads and dairy foods; engaged in cutting, converting and packaging cheese; or engaged in marketing, buying, brokering or distributing cheese. Whey processors that produce, blend, and package whey products are included, as well as whey buyers, brokers and distributors.

- CheeseCon kicks off on Tuesday, April 15, with a Welcome Reception from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

- Exhibits will be open Wednesday, April 16th from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Registration
What's included in registration?
All registrations include access to the following networking events:- Tuesday, April 15: Welcome Reception
- Wednesday, April 16: Continental Breakfast, Lunch, Reception & Championship Cheese Auction
- Thursday, April 17: WCMA Recognition Breakfast, Lunch, Champions Reception, Afterglow Reception.

When does advanced registration end?
- Advanced registration ends April 7. After April 7, all registrations will take place on-site at CheeseCon. (See Registratoin Desk Hours below.)
Where do I check in?
- Registration desks are located in the Exhibit Hall at the Alliant Energy Center.

- Tuesday, April 15th from 12:00-7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 16th from 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, April 17th from 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
- Yes
Can I get a refund?
- Registrations canceled on or before April 7, 2025 will receive a 75% refund. No refunds will be issued after April 7th.
Can I transfer my registration?
- Yes. Transfer requests before April 7 can be made by contacting events@wischeesemakers.org. After April 7, all transfers will take place onsite at the Registration Desk.
